Australian-engineered permanent formwork

ReoLok.

Fast-track non-combustible commercial walls. ReoLok uses the reinforcing bar itself to lock opposing fibre-cement panels into place creating a super strong cassette before concrete placement.

REOLOK® / PANEL LOCKING
How it works

The cavity stays open
until you’ve checked it.

Lightweight 6mm fibre-cement panels, steel reinforcement and the ReoLok connection system create a rigid cavity that remains open for reinforcement inspection before the opposing panels are installed and concrete is placed.

  • Panels up to 3600mm high × 1200mm wide — reinforcing steel locks adjacent panels together
  • Full cavity visibility — engineers visually verify reinforcement before the cavity closes
  • Lighter panels — improved safety and faster installation
  • Non-combustible connectors and fibre-cement faces — NCC-ready for external walls
  • Lower production and logistics costs — commercial medium-rise structural walls

Best applications

Where ReoLok earns its keep.

External load-bearing walls

Non-combustible faces, rebated and ready for textured render or cladding.

Inter-tenancy & corridor walls

Fire-rated, acoustically rated party walls for multi-res and commercial.

Lift & stair shafts

Rigid, inspectable cores without conventional blockwork.

Retaining & basement walls

Below-ground structure with verified reinforcement before the pour.

Blade walls

Slender structural walls for medium- to high-density construction.

Internal dry-lined walls

Dry-line internally for plasterboard finishes.

ReoLok wall with reinforcing steel inspected before the pour

ReoLok on site — reinforcing steel locks adjacent panels together, with full cavity visibility before the pour.

How projects run

From first plans to delivered walls.

01
Map the project

Send us your drawings and tell us what you’re building — we’ll work through the requirements and where ReoLok fits best.

02
Price the walls

You receive a budget estimate and quantity take-off, and we refine the final scope with you before anything is ordered.

03
Shop drawings

Our team prepares detailed shop drawings and works through them with you until every opening and junction is right.

04
Made and delivered

We manage manufacturing and supply off-site, so your crew stays on the tools managing the other trades.

Frequently asked questions

What can I build with ReoLok?
Residential and commercial buildings, factories, warehouses, shopping centres, basement and retaining walls, apartments and inter-tenancy walls — external and internal load-bearing walls across the board.
What are the standard ReoLok models?
RL162 has a 162mm finished wall with a 150mm concrete core (180/180/180). RL200 has a 200mm finished wall with a 188mm concrete core (240/240/240). Both are documented in the November 2025 ReoLok Design Manual.
Can the reinforcement be inspected before concrete placement?
Yes — the wall cavity remains open so engineers can visually verify reinforcement placement before the opposing panels close the cavity.
Does Formcraft provide technical assistance?
Yes — technical support is available for architects, engineers and construction teams. Project-specific design and certification remain the responsibility of suitably qualified consultants.
Can I manufacture or distribute ReoLok?
Interstate and overseas builders, manufacturers and partners can produce ReoLok under licence — see the licensing pathway for the process.
