FormPro® ICF TE walls meet fire, acoustic, thermal and structural code requirements. Ideal as inter-tenancy walls, retaining walls, column/blade walls, lift core walls, zero-lot boundary walls and fire walls.

 

The FormPro® ICF TE panels are designed to function as the formwork for concrete walls. The formwork stays in place on the exterior and interior face of the wall assembly, and also serves as the substrate for exterior and interior finishing systems. When concrete is poured into the cavity between the formwork, a solid, flat, cast-in-place and steel-reinforced concrete wall is formed.

 

The concrete cavity thickness can be easily varied by using panel connectors of different widths to provide for different structural requirements. FormPro® ICF TE walls are used in commercial and residential construction for external and internal, load bearing, above grade and below grade walls. Specific applications include basement and under-croft walls, insulated exterior walls, inter-tenancy walls, sheer walls, stem walls and lift shaft and stairwell applications.

 

FormPro® ICF TE is a modular form that comprises opposing fibre cement and expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels with a PVC connection system. The Pre-fabricated panels arrive to site flat packed and are easily assembled into forms by inserting of the connectors between panels. This means that panels can be installed one at a time which vastly reduced the amount of crane time required for installation. The system also comprises an innovative joining strip which is used to join adjacent panels. This reduces the amount of fixings that are required to join panels together. The system also comprises prefabricated corner and stop ends.

 

For residential applications which don’t require insulation, the FastForm Permanent Formwork Wall System is an excellent option.
